Returns, refunds, exchanges

Returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted due to nature of products. 

Order cancellation 

Order cancellation accepted ONLY up to 24 hours after purchase. Cancellation NOT applicable for gift cards and NOT applicable on ready to ship or next day shipping items as they have already been processed. 

Shipping

Kacidilla Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail after it has been turned over to USPS or UPS. USPS is still experiencing major delays due to high volume and covid-19 so expected delivery times can be longer than expected.

In the case that you receive your order and are missing an item or received an incorrect item, please email info@kacidillanails.com within 5 days of delivery date so the issue can be resolved.

Please double check that your mailing address is correct before placing an order because we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. In the case that you do put the wrong address please email info@kacidillanails.com immediately and customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Sizing

Customer is responsible for correct sizing and measuring. Instructions on measuring can be found in the 'Sizing' tab in the menu. To insure the most accurate sizing it is recommended to order a sizing kit in your desired shape and length. If you need any additional assistance with measuring before ordering you can reach out to info@kacidillanails.com and I'll be more than happy to assist.

Processing time

Processing times range from 4-7 business days but can vary due to order volume. Orders are processed in the order received. 

Broken or lost nail

If you have broken or lost a nail you may purchase a replacement nail. We are not responsible for any damages the customer or shipping courier has caused to the nails.
